| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou převodovky Autopowr u traktoru John Deere 6190R. Cílem práce bylo provést diagnostiku a vyhodnotit prognózy vývoje stavu poruch u konkrétní převodovky. U traktoru byla detekována nesprávná funkce pojezdu.
Diagnostika byla provedena v autorizovaném servisu strojů John Deere pomocí originálního diagnostického softwaru, originální měřící sady tlakoměrů a přístroje na měření průtočného množství.
Po provedení celkové diagnostiky a vyhodnocení všech naměřených výsledků bylo zjištěno, že převodovka vykazuje správnou činnost. Skutečným důvodem nesprávné funkce pojezdu stroje byl vadný tlakový snímač umístěný na sběrném výfukovém potrubí motoru. Tlakový snímač signalizoval chybný tlak výfukových plynů a tím byl spontánně omezován výkon motoru. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the diagnostics of the Autopowr transmission at the John Deere 6190R tractor. The aim of the work was to perform diagnostics and evaluate predictions of the development of the fault condition of a specific gearbox. An incorrect travel function has been detected on the tractor.
The diagnostics were performed at an authorized John Deere machine service using original diagnostic software, an original pressure gauge set, and a flow meter.
After performing a complete diagnosis and evaluation of all measured results, it was found that the gearbox was showing correct operation. The real reason for the machine's malfunction was a defective pressure sensor located on the engine exhaust manifold. The pressure sensor incorrectly signaled low exhaust pressure, thus spontaneously limiting engine power. | eng |
