| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na územní plánování, konkrétně na vypracování územní studie. Ta je zpracována na území města Trhové Sviny. Na základě analýzy a znalosti území byla vyhodnocena nízká občanská vybavenost v rámci rekreace. Strategií
do budoucnosti je tuto vybavenost posílit. Z tohoto důvodu se územní studie zabývá nalezením vhodných lokalit pro vybudování nového rekreačního centra a nového penzionu. Cílem práce je vypracování územní studie, která má za úkol vybrat vhodné plochy pro realizaci vybraných zájmů. Každá z návrhových ploch je důkladně popsána a jsou k ní vytvořeny mapové výstupy s technickou infrastrukturou a s návrhem jednotlivých staveb. Výsledkem práce je nalezení vhodných lokalit pro realizaci výstavby penzionu a rekreačního centra. | cze |

of a spatial study. It is processed on the territory of the town of Trhové Sviny. Based on the analysis and knowledge of the area, the low civic amenities within the recreation were evaluated. For this reason, the territorial study deals with finding suitable locations for the construction of a new recreation center and a new guesthouse.
