| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku překladu terminologie práva a význam terminologických databází v této oblasti. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány základní pojmy terminologie, principy terminologie a správa terminologie. Dále se práce zaměřuje na problematiku překladu terminologie práva a terminologickou databázi LegTerm, která slouží jako spolehlivý zdroj informací pro překlad terminologie práva. V praktické části jsou implementovány vybrané koncepty italského občanského práva do terminologické databáze LegTerm a jsou propojeny s jejich odpovídajícími českými koncepty. Hodnocení míry ekvivalence daných konceptů je také součástí praktické části. Cílem práce je ukázat důležitost a význam terminologických databází v oblasti překladu terminologie práva a praktickou aplikaci této problematiky na konkrétním příkladu implementace italské terminologie do české terminologické databáze LegTerm. | cze |

The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the basic concepts of terminology, principles of terminology and terminology management. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the issue of translating legal terminology and the terminology database LegTerm, which serves as a reliable source of information for translating legal terminology. In the practical part, selected concepts of Italian civil law are implemented in the LegTerm terminological database and linked to their corresponding Czech concepts. The evaluation of the degree of equivalence of the concepts is also part of the practical part. The aim of the thesis is to show the importance and significance of terminological databases in the field of translation of legal terminology and the practical application of this issue on the concrete example of the implementation of Italian terminology into the Czech terminological database LegTerm. | eng |
