| dc.description.abstract | Náplní této bakalářské práce je srovnávací analýza intertextuálních odkazů v postmoderním románu Johna Fowlese Sběratel (The Collector). Práce se stručně zabývá životem a tvorbou autora. Hlavní částí práce jsou rozbory motivů, které spojují Fowlesův román s díly, na která autor ve Sběrateli odkazuje. V centru pozornosti je charakteristika obou hlavních postav a jejich intertextuálních vazeb. Práce se dále zabývá postoji "mít" a "být," jejichž důležitost naznačuje již název Fowlesova románu. Práce vychází z metody "close reading" a z individuální interpretace. | cze |

The thesis deals with the author´s biography and it also briefly describes his work. The analysis concentrates on the main characters and their links to the protagonists from other works.
