| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je zmapovat utváření vztahu mezi matkou a dítětem s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) z pohledu matky. Poruchy autistického spektra se mimo jiné vyznačují narušením v oblasti sociálních interakcí a komunikace, což činí utváření vztahu matky a dítěte specifickým. Práce se zároveň zaměřuje i na to, co matkám pomáhá život s dítětem s PAS zvládat a co na něm vnímají jako náročné. Výzkumný soubor sestává z 5 matek dětí s PAS. Data byla získávána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Následně byly rozhovory přepsány do textové podoby a byla provedena kvalitativní analýza. Výsledky přinášejí popis projevů dítěte, které matky pro utváření vztahu považují za důležité. Zároveň byly zachyceny i projevy náklonnosti matky, které k utváření společného vztahu přispívají. Důležitými pro kvalitu vztahu se ukázaly být funkční copingové strategie matky, kterými jsou zaměření se na pozitivní vlastnosti a schopnosti dítěte, hledání možných pozitiv a přínosů života s ním. Zároveň jsou v práci popsány i náročné a problémové aspekty života s dítětem a faktory podpory zvládání, které matky považují za důležité. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis aims to explore forming of the relationship between mother and her child with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) from the mother's perspective. ASD are among other symptoms characterised by impairment in social interactions and communication. This contributes to the specificity of mother-child relationship formation. The thesis also inquires into factors which help the mothers to cope with their lives, while looking after an autistic child and factors which the mothers perceive as exacting. The present thesis is based on 5 semi structured interviews with mothers of children with ASD. The interviews were transcribed and analysed. The results present a description of the child's behaviour which mothers perceived as important for forming a mutual relationship. In addition, the thesis describes manifestations of mother's affection which contribute to the mutual relationship formation. Functional coping strategies were shown to be vital for the relationship quality. Those strategies are focus on the child's positive characteristics, identifying benefits and upsides of the life with an autistic child. Moreover, exacting and troublesome aspects of the life with an autistic child perceived by mothers are described as well as remedial factors and resources of support. | eng |
