| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výchovnými postoji učitelek mateřských škol. Pro zachycení výchovných postojů byla zvolena technika koláže. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké mají výchovné postoje učitelky mateřských škol prostřednictvím koláže a následného rozhovoru o vytvořené koláži. Teoretická část se zabývá osobností učitelky, výchovnými styly a postoji a také koláží jako arteterapeutické techniky.
Praktická část je zaměřena na použité metody při výzkumné studii, a to na kvalitativní výzkum, metodu rozhovoru nad koláží. Dále jsou v praktické části popsána zadání, arteterapeutická práce s osmi respondentkami, jejich kolážemi a následně také obsahy, které lze v kolážích nalézt vzhledem k tématu a cíli této bakalářské práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with the educational approaches of teachers in nursery schools. The technique of collage was chosen for depicting educational attitudes.The bachelor thesis aimed to find out via the collage and the dialogue which educational approaches the teachers at nursery schools have. The theoretical part deals with the teacher´s character, educational styles, and approaches and as well as the collage as the arttherapeutical techniques. The practical part is concerned with the used methods in the research. That is the qualitative research, the dialogue method over the collage.
