| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitými faktory v adaptaci dětí na prostředí mateřské školy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické.
Teoretická část nás obeznámí s tím, kdy je, či není dítě zralé pro vstup do mateřské školy, jak probíhá proces adaptace na MŠ a následné adaptační postupy. Dále také kompetence pedagoga MŠ, které jsou velmi důležité pro začlenění dětí do předškolního vzdělávání.
V praktické části bude využita kvalitativní metodologie formou pozorování dětí, rozhovoru s rodiči a kolegyní. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit, co usnadňuje adaptaci dítěte z pohledu rodičů, jaké posuny udělaly děti ve sledovaných oblastech v průběhu sledovaného adaptačního období a v neposlední řadě, jaké prostředky využívali učitelé pro usnadnění adaptace sledovaných dětí. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My bachelor dissertation deals with important factors in the adaptation of a child to the kindergarten environment. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part will familiarize us when a child is or is not mature enough to enter kindergarten. It will tell us how does the process of the adaptation to kindergarten and the subsequant adaptation procedures look like. It will also tell us what the competencies of a kindergarten teacher are and which of them are very important for the inclusion of a child in preschool education.
In the practical part a qualitative methodology will be used in a form of an observation of four selected children and interviews with their parents and my colleague. The aim of this research is to find out what is making the process of adaptation easier from the perspective of the parents and what progress have children done in observed areas of the adaptation period. And last but not least what techniques were used by the teachers to facilitate the adaptation of the monitored children. | eng |
