dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje ženám v politice z pohledu mládežnických organizací politických stran. V teoretické části podává práce přehled o vývoji zastoupení žen v české politice, seznamuje s bariérami, které brání většímu zastoupení žen v politickém prostředí, představuje jednotlivé možnosti podpory žen a stručně seznamuje s mládežnickými organizacemi politických stran, které byly osloveny, aby se staly součástí výzkumu této práce. V praktické části jsou představeny výstupy dotazníkového šetření.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on women in politics from the perspective of youth organisations of political parties. In the theoretical part, the thesis provides an overview of the development of women's representation in Czech politics, introduces the barriers that prevent greater representation of women in the political environment, presents the various options for supporting women and briefly introduces the youth organisations of political parties that were approached to be part of the research for this thesis.
