| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá seberozvojem příslušníků Policie ČR. Popisuje organizační strukturu PČR, služby, právní legislativu, etiku příslušníků a možný kariérní postup. Uvádí reálné možnosti vzdělávání a kariérního postupu policistů, dle jejich služebního zařazení. Dále je práce zaměřena na definování seberozvoje, souvisejících pojmů a dosahování životních cílů. To vše s ohledem na vysokou náročnost služby a očekávanou míru profesionality. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny odpovědi od policistů. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda se policisté dále rozvíjí a pokud ano, tak jakým způsobem a jaké další skutečnosti k tomu potřebují. | cze |
