| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesí asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole. Teoretická
část seznamuje s historií, postavením asistenta pedagoga v současném školství, jeho
potřebným vzděláním pro výkon tohoto povolání a náplní práce. Dále je část věnována
podpůrným opatřením a otázkám inkluze. V neposlední řadě jsou zde nastíněny možné
problémy, které mohou během spolupráce učitele a asistenta pedagoga ve
vzdělávacím procesu nastat. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumného šetření
zaměřeného na přínos asistenta pedagoga ve třídě. Cílem je popsat jeho úlohu v
mateřské škole a zjistit jakým způsobem probíhá spolupráce mezi ním, učitelem, žáky
se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a jejich rodiči. Stanovený cíl je naplněn pomocí
polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti asistenty pedagoga v mateřských školách. | cze |

The theoretical part introduces the history and position of the teacher's assistant in
the contemporary education system, their required education to perform this
profession and the job description. There is also a section on support measures and
inclusion. Last but not least, it outlines possible issues that may arise during the
collaborative learning proces. The practical part presents the results of a research
survey focused on the contribution of the teacher's assistants in the classroom. The
aim of this bachelor work is to find out how the cooperation between the teacher,
children with special education needs and their parents takes place in selected
kindergartens. This bachelor work's aim is determined through semi-structured
