| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit, zda začínající učitelé používají efektivní ko-munikaci v mateřské škole a jaká v ní spatřují pozitiva, negativa a výzvy. Důraz bude kladen nejen na efektivní komunikaci s dětmi, ale i rodiči, případně kolegy v mateřské škole.
V teoretické části práce budou vymezeny pojmy, jako je efektivní komunikace, její východiska a techniky. Další kapitola bude věnována vlivu efektivní komunikace na kli-ma třídy a mateřské školy, a dále je v práci zmíněn pojem "začínající učitel".
Praktická část bude realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního šetření, na výzkum-ném souboru absolventů programu Učitelství pro mateřské školy na Jihočeské univerzi-tě v Českých Budějovicích, kteří povinně absolvovali předmět Komunikace s dětmi jako nedílnou součást studia. S vybranými absolventy, kteří již 1.-3. rokem pracují v mateřské škole, bude uskutečněn hloubkový rozhovor, který bude dále analyzován a interpretován. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce bude také zjistit, zda je, dle výpovědí ab-solventů, studium programu Učitelství pro mateřské školy, s ohledem na obsah a časo-vou dotaci, dostatečně připravilo na výkon profesní komunikace v praxi. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis will aim to determine whether beginning teachers use effective communication in kindergarten and what positives, negatives and challenges they see in it. The emphasis will be placed not only on effective communication with children but also with parents and colleagues in kindergarten.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, concepts such as effective communication, its foundations and techniques will be defined. Another chapter will be devoted to the influence of effective communication on the classroom and kindergarten climate, and the concept of beginning teachers is also mentioned in this thesis.
The practical part will be conducted as a qualitative survey on a sample of gra-duates from the Teaching for Kindergarten program at the University of South Bohe-mia in České Budějovice who have completed the Communication with Children as a mandatory course of their studies. In-depth interviews will be conducted with selected graduates who have been working in kindergarten for 1-3 years, and the interviews will be further analyzed and interpreted. Another partial aim of the bachelor thesis will be to determine, based on the graduates' statements, whether the Teaching for Kindergartens program adequately prepared them for professional communication in practice, considering the content and time allocation of the program. | eng |
