| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci Pionýr, která během svého působení prošla několika zásadními změnami. Pionýr je organizací dobrovolníků, která se zaměřuje na volný čas dětí a mládeže. Nejdůležitějším tématem mé bakalářské práce je vývoj Pionýra po Sametové revoluci a změně politického režimu v České republice po roce 1989. V mé práci se také zaměřím na rozdíly v postavení a fungování Pionýra před a po roce 1989. Hlavní oblastí mého zkoumání jsou pionýrské skupiny, které působí v okrese Klatovy a jejichž historie se začala psát již před zkoumaným rokem 1990. Zkoumání je provedeno analýzou archivních dokumentů organizace Pionýr, článků vydávaných v oficiálním časopise pionýrské organizace "Mozaika", rozhovory s pamětníky z vybraných pionýrských skupin a literatury vydané před zkoumaným obdobím i literatury současné, které se tématu pionýrské organizace věnují. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the Pioneer organization, which has undergone several fundamental changes during its existence. Pioneer is an organization of volunteers that focuses on the free time of children and youth. The most important topic of my bachelor's thesis is the development of Pioneer after the Velvet Revolution and the change of the political regime in the Czech Republic after 1989. In my thesis, I will also focus on the differences in the status and functioning of Pioneer before and after 1989. The main area of my research is pioneer groups that operate in the Klatovy district and whose history began to be written before the examined year of 1990. The research is carried out by analysing archive documents of the pioneer organization, articles published in the pioneer organization's official magazine "Mozaika", interviews with witnesses from selected pioneer groups and literature published before the examined period and contemporary literature that deals with the topic of pioneering organizations. | eng |
