| dc.description.abstract-translated | A cyanobacterial siderophore cyanochelin 1026 is capable to coordinate Fe3+ cation into stable complexes, which facilitates the reduction of the coordinated iron atom upon photodegradation of the compound. The kinetics of photodegradation of cyanochelin 1026 was studied upon the exposition of the cyanochelin 1026-Fe3+complex to UV light. The photoproducts of photolysis were identified and studied for further photoreduction potential towards Fe3+ cations. | eng |
