| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá určením struktur serpinů Iripin-1 (zastarale IRS-1) a Iripin-4 (zastarale IRS-4). Teoretická část poskytuje informace o klíštěti Ixodes ricinus a serpinech. O serpinech je uveden především jejich speciální mechanismus inhibice proteáz a jejich role v klíštěcí biologii a krmení. Ve druhé polovině je vysvětlen princip a proces určování proteinové struktury.
Experimentální část ukazuje data z rentgenové difrakce, její zpracování a také rafinaci a validaci obou struktur. Výsledky jsou podloženy četnými parametry, tabulkami a obrázky struktur Iripinu-1 a Iripinu-4. Nakonec jsou obě struktury mezi sebou porovnány. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The master thesis deals with determination of structures of serpins Iripin-1 (formerly IRS-1 and Iripin-4 (formerly IRS-4). The theoretical part gives information about Ixodes ricinus and serpins. In the second half, the principle of protein structure determination is explained.
