| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work was to identify the interaction partners of the tick-borne encephalitis virus capsid protein within the cytoplasmic, membrane, and especially the nuclear fraction of infected DAOY HTB-186 cells. Firstly, the subcellular fractionation method was optimized. Secondly, the immunoprecipitation method and benzonase digestion were optimized; and finally, interaction partners from each fraction were identified using mass spectrometry. | eng |
