| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivity a návrh konstrukčního řešení pasivních domů z hlediska energetické a finanční náročnosti při použití materiálů dostupných na evropském trhu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První z nich tvoří literární rešerši, která přináší potřebné informace nejen o pasivním standardu jako takovém, ale též i o zásadách spojených s jeho výstavbou. Druhá obsahuje praktickou část, kde je vytvořena databáze nejvýznamnějších detailů pro jednotlivé materiálové varianty společně s jejich pracovními postupy, jednotlivými shrnutími a cenovými srovnáními. Výsledkem této práce je zhodnocení efektivity výstavby pasivních domů svépomocí. | cze |
