| dc.description.abstract | Od doby, kdy lidstvo opustilo kočovný způsob života a začalo budovat trvalá osídlení od osad až po velká města, má rozvoj sídel svůj řád a strukturu. Ačkoliv jsou pravidla pro rozvoj obcí zakořeněna v legislativě, často jsou opomíjena a zájem obce o rozšiřování do volných ploch je upřednostňován nad zájmy stávajících obyvatel, životního prostředí i místních hospodářů. Cílem této práce bylo na základě analýzy územně plánovací dokumentace a dalších volně dostupných materiálů získat poznatky o hnacích silách, které ovlivňují vymezování zastavitelných ploch a jejich funkčního třídění. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen soubor čtrnácti obcí v rámci Jihočeského kraje. Na základě statistických analýz provedených v programu CANOCO bylo zjištěno, že nejvýznamnějším faktorem pro rozvoj území je jeho dosavadní utváření, ale také především úroveň technické infrastruktury a občanského vybavení. | cze |

Although the rules for the development of municipalities are rooted in legislation, they are often neglected and the municipality's interest in expanding into free areas is prioritized over the interests of existing residents, the environment, and local farmers. The goal of this work was, based on the analysis of spatial planning documentation and other freely available materials, to obtain knowledge about the driving forces that influence the delimitation of buildable areas and their functional classification. A set of fourteen municipalities within the South
Bohemian Region was chosen for this work. Based on statistical analyses carried out in the CANOCO program, it was found that the most important factor for the development of the territory is its current formation, but above all the level of technical infrastructure and civic amenities. | eng |
