| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vztahu genotypu, pořadí laktace a věku při prv-ním otelení na mléčnou užitkovost a reprodukční ukazatele ve stádě českého straka-tého skotu v Zemědělském družstvu Jindřichův Hradec. Analýza byla prováděna na farmě Buk, kde bylo sledováno celkem 119 uzavřených laktací v kontrolním roce 2021/2022. Plemenice byly rozděleny do skupin dle genotypu, pořadí laktace a věku při prvním otelení. V jednotlivých skupinách byly následně sledovány ukazatele, mléčné užitkovost a reprodukce. Z ukazatelů mléčné užitkovosti byla sledována pro-dukce mléka za normovanou laktaci, obsah tuku a bílkovin. Z reprodukčních ukazate-lů bylo cíleno zejména na délku mezidobí, inseminační interval a servis periodu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the relationship of genotype, order of lactation and age at first calving on milk yield and reproductive indicators in a herd of Czech spotted cattle in the Jindřichův Hradec Agricultural Cooperative. The ana-lysis was carried out on the Buk farm, where a total of 119 closed lactations were monitored in the control year 2021/2022. Females were divided into groups accor-ding to genotype, order of lactation and age at first calving. Indicators, milk produ-ctivity and reproduction were subsequently monitored in the individual groups. Among the indicators of milk productivity, milk production for standardized lactati-on, fat and protein content was monitored.
