| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce "Nobilitace 1627-1637" se zabývá výzkumem nobilitačních listin z fondu České dvorské kanceláře, v období od vydání Obnoveného zřízení zemského do smrti Ferdinanda II. se zaměřením na nově nobilitované osoby. První část práce je věnována vývoji nobilitací v českých zemích a problematice titulatury po vydání Obno-veného zřízení zemského a poukázat na rozdíly mezi normou, které Obnovené zřízení zemské představuje, a praxí, kde se projevila potřeba větší diferenciace titulatury. Další část práce se snaží ukázat průběh nobilitačního procesu od sepsání žádosti po vydání šlechtického privilegia. Poslední část práce se věnuje nobilitovaným osobám. Pomocí dat vytěžených z listin a následného průzkumu literatury se tato část práce snaží zodpo-vědět některé kladené otázky - tj, např. za jaké zásluhy bylo možné v pobělohorském období získat šlechtická privilegia, z jakého prostředí noví šlechtici pocházeli a zda se dále vyvíjela jejich kariéra. Tato část práce také obsahuje krátké biogramy jednotli-vých nobilitovaných osob, které sledují vzestupy a pády těchto nových šlechticů a jejich rodin. | cze |

This diploma thesis "Nobilitation 1627-1637" deals with the research of nobilitation acts from the "Czech Court Office" fund, coming from the period since the "Renewed Land Code" publication to the death of Ferdinand II. The research focuses on the newly nobilitated men and women. The first part of the thesis considers the development of of nobilitation in the Czech Lands and the questions of the system of titles after the "Renewed Land Code" publication. This thesis points to the differences between the norm, that the "Renewed Land Code" constitutes and the practice, where the greater needs of the differentiation of the system of titles developed. The second part of this thesis tries to show the course of nobilitation process from the time of writing the request to the release of the nobilitation act. The last part of thesis deals with the nobilitated men and women. Considering the facts found in the documents this thesis tries to answer these questions: For what merits was it possible to get the nobilitation act? From what milieu did the new noblemen come from? How did their career delvelope? This part of the work contains also short biograms of the particular noblemen. These biograms follow the falls and the rises of the new noblemen and their families. | eng |
