| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma "Italské potraviny s chráněným označením původu, potraviny s chráněným zeměpisným označením a zaručené tradiční speciality (mléčné výrobky)". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zaměřuje na historii a typy evropských označení a pojednává o důvodech jejich zavedení. Druhá část vymezuje mléčné výrobky italské provenience na sýry vyrobené v severoitalských krajích. Sýry jsou rozděleny podle krajů, ve kterých se nachází jejich oblasti výroby. Každý kraj je stručně představen z hlediska jeho polohy, administrativního členění, historie a geografie. Poté následuje jednotlivý výčet sýrů s informacemi ohledně jeho typu, způsobu výroby, historii a údaje, kdy byl zapsán na seznam potravin s chráněným označením původu či jako zaručená tradiční specialita. Bakalářská práce obsahuje resumé v italštině. | cze |
