| dc.description.abstract | Diplomovou práci tvoří několik sond do problematiky zásobování šlechtických
domácností v období baroka. Vše bylo provedeno na příkladu schwarzenberských
domácností v letech 1656-1683 za vlády Jana Adolfa I. ze Schwarzenberku. První část práce obnáší sondu do organizace služebnictva v rámci jeho domácnosti. Druhá část se pak zabývá pohledem na pobyt jeho manželky Marie Justiny ze Schwarzenberka, rozené ze Starhemberka, v Praze okolo roku 1658. Na základě jejich osobních účtů provedl autor předložené kvalifikační práce rekonstrukci zásobování její domácnosti v Praze a také širší analýzu jejího možného vnitřního pohledu na výdaje v kategorii almužen. Následující kapitola se zaobírá zásobováním potravinami domácnosti manželky knížete Jana Adolfa I. ze Schwarzenberku v Třeboni. Poslední část se pak týká analýzy dopravy potravin do domácnosti schwarzenberků ve Vídni ve třetí
čtvrtině 17. století, jejíž součástí je bližší sonda zaměřená na tamní zásobování a spotřebu alkoholu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis consists of several parts discussing the issue of the supplying of aristocratic homes in the Baroque period. Everything was done on the example of the Schwarzenberg households between the years 1656 and 1683, during the reign of Jan Adolf I. of Schwarzenberg. The first part involves the organization of the servants in his household. The second part deals with looking at the residence of his wife Marie Justine from Schwarzenberg, born in Starhemberg, Prague, around 1658. On the basis of their personal accounts, the authors presented this reconstruction supplying her household in Prague and a wider analysis of potential internal view of the expenditures in the category of alms. The following chapter deals with food supplies for Jan Adolf I's wife's
household at Trebon. The last part relates to the analysis of transport of food to Schwarzenberg households in Vienna in the third quarter of the 17th century, part of which is closer to the probe focused on local supply and consumption of alcohol. | eng |
