| dc.description.abstract | Monitoring rybích společenstev byl prováděn na lokalitách, majících přirozený přírodní charakter s minimálním podílem a narušením antropogenní činnosti. Monitoring probíhal v roce 2009-2010 na dvou lokalitách, na potoce Pestřice a Hamerském potoce. K vlastnímu zmapování rybích společenstev, vybraných toků, byl použit odlov pomocí elektrického proudu. Při odlovu se postupovalo proti proudu toku v celé jeho šířce, délka úseku činila cca 100 m. Odlovené druhy ryb a mihulí byly determinovány, pomocí měrné desky byla stanovena jejich délka, po zdokumentování byly následně šetrně navráceny zpět do toku. Vyhodnocená data poskytují základní informace o druhové struktuře rybího společenstva a jeho charakteru, vývoji diverzity a ekvitability, druhové abundance, dominance a velikostní variability atd. Nejčastěji odlovené druhy Salmo trutta m. fario, Perca fluviatilis a chráněné a ohrožené druhy Lampetra plameri, Cottus gobio, Lota lota, Phoxinus phoxinus. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Monitoring of fish populations was performed in the localities having normal natural pattern with minimum ratio of and violation by anthropogenic activity. Monitoring took place in 2009-2010 in two localities, the Pestřice Brook and the Hamerský Brook. Electrofishing was used for the actual mapping of fish populations and selected flows. Fishing took place upstream, within the whole width of the stream and the length of the section reached approximately 100 m. Caught fish and lamprey species were determined, their length was identified by means of a measurement board and, after documentation, they were carefully returned back to the stream. The assessed data provide basic information about the species structure of fish population and its nature, development of diversity and equitability, species abundance, dominance and size variability etc. The mostly fished species Salmo trutta
