| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo zjištění změn v délce, tloušťce a hustotě srsti koní vzhledem k sezóně roku, způsobu ustájení, pohlaví a věku. Porovnání letní a zimní srsti na pěti částech těla.Vzorky byly odebírány po dobu 24 měsíců od 44 koní v intervalu 2 měsíců. Každý vzorek obsahoval 100 chlupů od jednoho koně. Vzorky byly odebírány z krku. Pro posouzení letní a zimní srsti z pěti částí těla, byly vzorky získány z krku, lopatky, břicha, hřbetu a kyčelního kloubu. Délka chlupů byla zjištěna posuvným měřidlem, tloušťka chlupů byla zjištěna na přístroji Lanametr při zvětšení 500x. Hustota srsti byla určena počtem chlupů na 1cm2. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The result of this work was to find out the changes between the summer and the winter horse’s coat (the length, the thickness and the density). According to the year season, the way of stabling, the sex and the age. The comparison measured five different body parts in winter and in summer.
The samples were taken during 24 months from 44 horses every two months. Each sample contained 100 hairs per horse. The samples were taken from the neck. The review of the summer and the winter coat was made of five different body parts - the neck, the shoulder blades, the stomach, the saddle and the hip joint. The hair length was measured by the slide rule. The measuring instrument Lanier, which was 500 bigger. The hair number per 1 cm{²} gave the coat thickness. | eng |
