| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce bylo posoudit a porovnat toxicitu dusitanů pro dva druhy jeseterovitých ryb. V teoretické části se práce věnuje jeseterovitým rybám, sloučeninám dusíku, testům toxicity a toxickému účinku dusitanů na ryby. V experimentální části se práce věnuje metodice prováděných testů a hodnocení jejich výsledků. Výsledky jsou porovnány v diskuzi a zhodnoceny v závěru. | cze |
