| dc.description.abstract | Historie taxonomického hodnocení agregátu Pinus mugo Turra je velmi komplikovaná. Tento komplex představuje skupinu evolučně mladých taxonů vzájemně se intenzivně křížících. Navíc je situace složitější příležitostným vznikem fertilních hybridů nebo celých hybridních populací s ekologicky plastickým druhem Pinus sylvestris L. Cílem této práce je posoudit vhodnost techniky molekulárních markerů pro účely hodnocení vnitrodruhové a mezidruhové variability v rámci agregátu Pinus mugo. | cze |
