| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stručným přehledem koní chovaných v České republice, kteří pocházejí z amerického kontinentu. Práce se zaměřuje hlavně na tři základní americká westernová plemena, kterými jsou American Quarter horse, American Paint horse a Appaloosa. Najdeme zde stručnou historii těchto plemen, základní informace o exteriéru a povaze a možnosti zbarvení těchto koní. Bakalářská práce se dále zabývá zmapováním počtu koní ve světě, v zemi původu a v České republice. Dále je zde přehled o základních tělesných rozměrech a barvách či typech zbarvení těchto koní chovaných v České republice. Nalezneme zde i uplatnění westernových plemen koní v jednotlivých disciplínách a jejich stručná pravidla. Na závěr jsou porovnány získané údaje o tělesných rozměrech se standardem v zemi původu a vyhodnoceny barevné varianty. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesisdeals with a brief overview of horses bred in the Czech Republic, who
come from the American continent. The work focuses mainly on three western
American breeds, the American Quarter Horse, American Paint Horse and Appaloosa.
We can find a brief history of these breeds, basic information about the
outdoors and nature and possibilities of color of these horses. The thesis also
deals with the mapping of the number of horses in the world, the country of
origin and the Czech Republic. There is also an overview of the basic body
dimensions and colors and types of color these horses bred in the Czech
Republic. You can find here the application of western breeds of horses in
various disciplines and their brief rule. In the end compared obtained data on
body size is standard in the country of origin and color options evaluated. | eng |
