| dc.description.abstract | U většiny rodů čeledi Cactaceae, stejně tak u rodu Rebutia nikdy nebyl dosud cíleně sledován a měřen vliv abiotických faktorů, ovlivňujících vývoj rostlin od výsevu semen přes juvenilní stadium až po jejich květuschopnou velikost. Monitoring teploty, relativní vzdušné vlhkosti a rosného bodu ve skleníkovém prostředí, spolu s pravidelnou fotografickou dokumentací růstu rostlin a jejich subjektivním pozorováním byl využit k návrhu optimalizace metodiky výsevu vybraných druhů rodu Rebutia. Pravidelné měření bylo prováděno od března 2010 do ledna 2011. Bylo zjištěno, že rozhodujícím faktorem, ovlivňujícím růst rostlin, pocházejících z vysokých hor tropického pásma, je teplota.
Byla vyvinuta a prakticky odzkoušena metoda konstrukce růstové křivky pomocí obrazové analýzy fotodokumentace růstu, použitelná i pro jiné taxony. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In most genera of the family Cactaceae, as well as in the genus Rebutia never been specifically studied and measured the influence of abiotic factors, affecting plant development from seed sowing through juvenile stage to their flowering stage. Monitoring temperature, relative humidity and dew point in the greenhouse environment, along with regular photographic documentation of plant growth and subjective observation, was used for design optimization methodology planting selected species of the genus Rebutia.
