Dává nahlédnout do činnosti neziskové organizace, zaměřené na problematiku zachování krajových potravinových specialit, propagaci národní kuchyně, kvalitního a pomalého stravování, podporu drobných výrobců a zemědělců, ochranu životního prostředí.
