| dc.description.abstract | Aktuální využití techniky je indikátor pro manažerské rozhodování o dalším investování finančních prostředků. Hodnoty využití vycházejí z normativů pro zemědělskou techniku České republiky nebo lze využít metodiku využívanou v automobilovém průmyslu, která se označuje jako OEE. Důležitým faktorem při využívání techniky jsou pořizovací náklady a náklady na její provoz. Tyto náklady lze rozdělit na fixní a variabilní podle jejich vztahu k využití strojů. Z informací o aktuálním využití techniky a jejich nákladech je možné stanovit strategii dalšího rozvoje společnosti. Postup může být v základu dvojí. Při nedostatku kapacit zařízení zefektivnit jeho využití či kapacitu posílit investicí do nového stroje. Naopak při nadbytečné kapacitě tuto kapacitu využít pro další aktivity generující zisk či zvážit např. odprodej zařízení a tím snížení fixních nákladů na zařízení. V úvahu je však nezbytné uvažovat budoucí vize společnosti. | cze |
