| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstováním cukrové řepy a jejím potravinářským a nepotravinářským využitím. První částí bakalářské práce je obecná část, která pojednává o tom, odkud cukrovka pochází, její botanice, agrotechnice, hnojení, založení porostu, regulaci chorob a škůdců, regulaci zaplevelení, sklizni a jejím uskladnění. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny informace o chemicko-technologickém složení bulvy, odbytu bulev a jejím využití v potravinářství či nepotravinářství. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou pak shrnuty základní údaje o cukrové řepě. | cze |
