| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výskyt dědičné kýly u psů. Utváří souhrnný literární přehled nejčastěji vyskytujících se typů kýl. Pro porovnání jsou zde zařazeny i kýly nedědičné. Popisuje prevalenci choroby, klinické příznaky, způsob diagnostiky a možnou léčbu. Dále zmiňuje genetické založení dané choroby včetně způsobu přenosu na následující generace a odhadované heritability. Vysvětluje pojmy, které s danou problematikou souvisí. V závěru jsou zformulovány praktické rady pro chovatele. | cze |

For comparison, there are included non-hereditary hernias. The thesis describes prevalence, clinical symptoms, methods of diagnosis and treatment. The work mentions the genetic basis of the disease, including the method of transmission to the next generation and the estimated heritability. It explains the notions that relate to this topic.
