| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce je zpracovat přehled vývoje geometrického plánu od jeho počátku, stanoveném říšskými zákoníky, přes všechna následující období, ve kterých se měnila pravidla zpracování, náležitosti i náhled na jeho důležitost.
Tato práce je členěna do několika kapitol. Úvodní část je věnována zdůvodnění volby daného tématu. Následuje definování vybraných pojmů, které souvisejí s danou problematikou. Další části jsou zaměřeny na historický vývoj geometrického plánu. V šesté kapitole se zabývám jednotlivými vyhláškami počínaje rokem 1993 až po současnost. V sedmé kapitole vymezuji aspekty související s daným tématem. Na závěr jsem porovnala historickou a současnou podobu geometrického plánu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The objective of this thesis is to create an overview of the development of the geometric plan from its beginning as established by Imperial law gazette and through all the periods of its existence, taking into account the changes in the rules of elaboration, its requirements, and the view of its importance.
The thesis is divided into several chapters. The introductory part explains the choice of the topic. Next, some selected terms are defined relating to the topic of the thesis. Other chapters are focused on the historical development of the geometric plan. Chapter 6 deals with individual cadastral regulations from 1993 up to now. In chapter 7, I define aspects relating to the topic of the thesis. Finally, I address the legislative framework.
