| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem lidská práva. Práce nabízí základní přehled vývoje lidských práv. Hledá provázanost historického vývoje lidských práv a současného chápání tohoto pojmu. Snaží se o analýzu zdrojů lidských práv a zaměřuje se na dokumenty o lidských právech a věnuje se ochraně lidských práv na mezinárodní úrovni. Ve čtvrté kapitole se mimo jiné věnuje ochraně lidských práv na vnitrostátní úrovni. Na závěr se zabývá činnostmi nevládních organizací působících v České republice v oblasti lidských práv. | cze |
