| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce pojednává o nebezpečí spojené s nakládáním s nebezpečnými látkami, podmínky jejich přepravy a skladování. Dále je zde uvedena charakteristika jednotlivých látek a jejich nebezpečnost a možná ochrana obyvatelstva proti účinkům těchto látek, se zaměřením na individuální ochranu. V práci je dále analyzována ochrana objektu Čepra a.s., sklad Včelná, popsána možná rizika vzniku hrozby havárie spojené s únikem nebezpečné látky, formy možných úniku a jejich příčiny. Práce dále definuje pojem zóna havarijního plánování a zabývá se analýzou postupů a činnosti orgánů policie České republiky v případě vymezení zóny havarijního plánování. Jsou zde navrženy postupy při ochraně objektu Čepro a.s., sklad Včelná v případě možného teroristického útoku a analyzována pravděpodobnost a možný způsob provedení teroristického útoku. | cze |
