Ošetřovatelské vizity a jejich důležitosti z pohledu sestry a pacienta. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část.
Teoretická část obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsáno ošetřovatelství jako vědní obor, druhá kapitola zahrnuje ošetřovatelský proces v souvislosti s ošetřovatelskou vizitou a třetí kapitola je věnována ošetřovatelské vizitě.
Ošetřovatelské vizity jsou velmi důležité pro zajištění kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče. Dávají pacientovi prostor dozvědět se více o své nemoci, o následných vyšetřeních, ošetřovatelských postupech, rehabilitaci, atd. Sestra a pacient jsou spolu v neustálém kontaktu, a proto jsou sesterské vizity významné jak pro sestry, tak pro klienty.
Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelské vizity. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit provádění ošetřovatelských vizit na standardních odděleních Nemocnice Písek a.s., vyzkoumat jejich důležitost pro sestru a klienta a zjistit názory pacientů na tyto vizity.
Byly stanovené tyto hypotézy: hypotéza č.1 Ošetřovatelské vizity se běžně na odděleních neprovádí, hypotéza č. 2 Ošetřovatelské vizity nepovažují sestry za důležité a hypotéza č. 3 Pacienti/klienti nejsou dostatečně informováni o ošetřovatelských vizitách.
Výzkumný soubor pro dotazníkové šetření tvořily sestry pracující a pacienti hospitalizovaní na standardních odděleních (chirurgické, interní, ortopedické, gynekologicko-porodnické, urologické a neurologické) v Nemocnici Písek a.s. Celkem 84 sester a 138 pacientů. Technika sběru dat probíhala pomocí dvou dotazníků - pro sestry a pacienty na standardních odděleních Nemocnice Písek a.s. . Dotazník pro sestry obsahoval 19 otázek a pro pacienty 15 otázek.
Ze zjištěných výsledků z výzkumu vyplývá, že hypotéza 1 se potvrdila (ošetřovatelské vizity se běžně na standardních odděleních Nemocnice Písek a.s. neprovádí), hypotéza 2 se nepotvrdila (sestry a pacienti považují tyto vizity za důležité) a hypotéza 3 se potvrdila (většina pacientů nezná pojem sesterská vizita a nikdy se s ním nestkali). | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | My thesis, Nursing Rounds and Their Importance from Nurses and Patients Points of View, is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter describes nursing as a field of science; the second deals with the nursing process in connection to nursing rounds; and the third presents nursing rounds.
Nursing rounds are very important to provide patients with high quality care. They enable patients to get more information about their illnesses, following examinations, nursing processes, rehabilitation, etc. There is a continuous contact between nurses and their patients that is why nursing rounds are important for both, patients and nurses.
The practical part deals with nursing rounds. The aim of this work was to find out if nursing rounds are practised at standard wards in Písek Hospital, Inc.; investigate about their importance for nurses and clients; and see patients’ opinions on these rounds.
There were three hypotheses: Hypothesis no. 1: Nursing rounds are not usually practised at wards; Hypothesis no. 2: Nurses do not consider these rounds to be important; Hypothesis no. 3: Patients/ clients are not sufficiently informed about nursing rounds.
The file for my questionnaire research was created by nurses and patients of standard wards (surgery, internal medicine, orthopaedic, gynaecology- obstetric, urologic, and neurological ward) in Písek Hospital, Inc. There were two different questionnaires; one of them contained 19 questions for nurses, and the other one 15 questions for patients.
According to the results, hypotheses 1 (nursing rounds are not usually practised at standard wards in Písek Hospital, Inc.) and 3 (most of the patients do not know the term nursing round and have never heard about it) proved valid.
