| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce na téma Interakce pedagog a student na střední škole.Popisuje jejich vzájemný vztah.Problémy interakce učitele a studenta na střední škole jsou zmíněny v teoretické části. Tato interakce se také objevuje v celé diplomové práci a je ovlivňována prostředím školy,výchovou,učením,rodiči studentů a dalšími vnějšími faktory.Výsledky výzkumu, který je zaměřen na studenty oboru Všeobecná sestra a Zdravotnický asistent na Střední zdravotnické škole v Klatovech, jsou prezentovány v první části mé výzkumné práce. Tento výzkum si všímá názorů studentů na školní klima, třídního učitele a spolužáky. Druhá část je zaměřena na třídní učitele jednotlivých tříd Střední zdravotnické školy. Z rozhovorů s nimi jsem čerpala informace o studentech. Vzájemný vztah učitele a studenta je velmi důležitý. Osobnost učitele může ovlivnit studenta jak pozitivně tak negativně a může zabránit rizikovému chování. | cze |

Problems of interaction of the teacher aud the student at the secondary school are mentioned in the theoretical part. This interaction of the teacher and the student also appears in the whole diploma work and it is influenced by the background of the school, by the education,learning, students parents and by other outward factors.
Results of the research, which is concentrated on the students of the branches General nurse and Medical assistant at the Secondary medical school in Klatovy, are presented in my first part of my research work. This research pays particular attention to the students opinions of the skool climate, the class teacher and the schoolmates.
In the secoud part I concentrated on the class teachers of the particular classes of the Secoudary medical school. I borrowed from our conversatious information ahout their students.
The mutual interaction owing to interaction of the teachers and the students is very important. The personality of the teacher can influence the student either positively or negatively and it can preclude the risk behaviour. | eng |

Studentka představila práci zaměřenou na oblast pedagogiky. Využila techniku dotazníku, cílovou skupinou byli studenti SZŠ v Klatovech. Výzkum byl ještě doplněn o rozhovor s pedagogy. Studentka se vyjádřila ke zlepšení interakce studentů a pedagogů na střední škole. Přínos práce komise spatřuje ve využití použitého dotazníku i pro ostatní střední školy. Členové komise poukázali na drobné nedostatky v interpretaci výsledků. | cze |
