Srovnání režimu dne dětí na táborech dvou typů
Bakalářská práce pojednává o podmínkách pobytu dětí na stanových a stálých táborech a zajištění jejich stravování. V jednotlivých kapitolách se zabývá podmínkami pro pobyt dětí na táboře, jejich stravováním, spokojeností, povinnostmi pořádající osoby, osobou zdravotníka a jeho úkoly a v neposlední řadě režimem dne dětí a zaměřením tábora.
Cílem práce bylo nalézt rozdíly ve vybavenosti, zajištění provozu a režimu dne na dvou typech táborů (stanových a stálých). Ze stanových ZA (zotavovací akce) se jednalo o ZA v Sepekově U rybníka Chobot, Orlík u Schwarzenberské hrobky a v Pohoří ''Na Pile''. Ze stálých ZA se jednalo o RZ (rekreační zařízení) Zátaví, RZ Jiskra Dražíč a RZ Varvažov Avie. Byly stanoveny 3 hypotézy: H1: Stálé tábory jsou po stránce stavebně technické a provozní lépe zajištěny než tábory stanové, H2:Existují rozdíly ve vedení zdravotnické dokumentace na táborech stanových a stálých, H3: Existují rozdíly v režimu dne dětí na stanových a stálých táborech. Ke sběru dat ke splnění cíle byla použita metoda dotazování, technikou dotazníků, které byly rozdány 120 respondentům (děti mladšího školního věku) na vybraných táborech. Dále ke sběru dat byl uplatněn rozhovor s vedoucími a zdravotníky na těchto táborech. Dotazníky obsahovaly 19 otázek. Návratnost dotazníků byla 100%. Hodnocení dotazníků probíhalo zvlášť pro dívky a chlapce a zvlášť pro stanové a stálé tábory (v %).
Cíl byl splněn, žádná ze 3 hypotéz nebyla potvrzena, byly však nalezeny rozdíly v hygienických podmínkách stravování, paradoxně v neprospěch stálých táborů. Dále byly nalezeny rozdíly v hodnocení pobytu na ZA z odpovědí dětí v dotaznících.
Výsledky naší práce mohou posloužit terénním odborníkům, k další práci nebo k novelizaci stávající legislativy. Dále ke sjednocení pracovních postupů při výkonu státního zdravotního dozoru na ZA různého typu. | cze |

Comparison of day regime for children in holiday camp of two types
Bachelor’s work treats the staying conditions of children at the holiday tented camps and at permanent camps and the mode of their boarding. In individual chapters it deals with the conditions for the stay of the children at the camp, their boarding, their satisfaction and the duties of the arranging person, the health worker and his tasks and last but not least with the day regime of children and the specialisation of the camp.
The goal of the work was to find the differences in the facilities, provision of operation and the day regime at both the types of camps (tented and permanent). Tented camps for relaxation activities were the following: in Sepekov ''U rybníka Chobot“, Orlík near ''Schwarzenberská hrobka“ and in Pohoří ''Na Pile''. The permanent ones were the relaxation facilities Zátaví, Jiskra Dražíč and Varvažov Avie. Three hypotheses were set as follows: H1: From structural, technological and operational point of view the permanent camps are better equipped than those tented. H2: There are differences in keeping of medical documentation in tented camps and in permanent ones. H3: There are differences in the day regime for children at tented and permanent camps. To collect the data in order to fulfil the goal, the asking method with the questionnaires was used; they were given to 120 informants (younger children of school attendance age) in the selected camps. Discussions with leaders and health workers in these camps served to collect the data. The questionnaires contained 19 questions. The backflow of the questionnaires was 100%. The evaluation of the questionnaires was done separately for boys and for girls and also for tented and permanent camps (in %).
The aim has been achieved, none of the three hypotheses was confirmed, however the differences in hygienic conditions of boarding were found, and in paradox it was detrimental for the permanent camps. There were differences found in the evaluation of the relaxation activity in the responses of children.
The results of our work can be useful for field workers, for further work or for updating of the existing legislation. It can also be used for unification of procedures for health surveillance of relaxation activities of various types. | eng |

1. Jaká jsou rizika ohrožení zdraví na zotavovacích akcích pro děti a mladistvé?
2. Jaký lze očekávat ozdravný efekt zotavovacích akcí?
Studentka prokázala ve své prezentaci zájem o dané téma. Zpracování výsledků do hodnotné podoby, naplnění cílů práce a vyvrácení hypotéz. V diskusi odpovídala na položené otázky vedoucího práce, oponenta a členů zkušební komise. Vedoucí práce vysvětlila nedostatek odborné a vědecké literatury v tomto směru a určitou průkopnickou tendenci vlastníka tématu. V práci bylo upozorněno na některé terminologické výrazy. | cze |
