| dc.description.abstract | Nejlepší cestou, jak dovést těhotenství k úspěšnému porodu a udržet zdraví matky a plodu je včasná a také pravidelná prenatální péče. U nás zajišťují prenatální péči porodníci, praktičtí lékaři a porodní asistentky. Úkolem porodní asistentky je pomáhat hodnotit fyzické, psychologické i sociální potřeby a naučit ženu, jak má pečovat o sebe samou.
Zdravotnický personál musí spolupracovat jako tým, jako jeden celek, aby bylo dosáhnuto co nejlepší péče o ženu. Pro ženu je důležité prožít klidné těhotenství a úlohou asistentky je zmírnit obavy pacientky.
Porodní asistentka musí ženě poskytnout dostatečné informace před každým výkonem a musí dostat souhlas těhotné ženy k provedení výkonu. Musí umět těhotné ženě poskytnout správné informace v jednotlivých trimestrech těhotenství.
Dalším úkolem je zajistit ultrazvukové vyšetření a odběry krve ve správném gestačním stáří a transportovat vzorky do laboratoře a předtím správně vyplnit žádanku.
Velmi důležité je zajistit zpětnou informaci, která se týká výsledku screeningu a následná vyšetření v centru prenatální diagnostiky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the awareness of women regarding screening during pregnancy. The theoretical part deals with the importance of prenatal care, relation between the midwife and the pregnant woman and also on individual types of screening which are done during pregnancy at antenatal clinics.
In the practical part, four goals and research questions were set.
The research was conducted by quantitative method. The data were collected through the use of semi-standardized questionnaires. The interviewees were women in the Písek hospital and several gynecological outpatient departments. Interviewed were women who were nearing their due date.
The results of the research reveal that women are informed about the procedure during pregnancy but not always by their doctors and midwives even though communication between the pregnant woman and medical staff should be of primary importance. | eng |
