| dc.description.abstract | Kritická infrastruktura je v dnes nový koncept ochrany státu, životů obyvatel, zdraví a majetku. Tato koncepce je v současné době rozpracovávána na úrovni Evropské unie i u nás v České republice.
Jedna z nejvýznamnějších hrozeb pro kritickou infrastrukturu je terorismus.
V první části popisuji historii terorismu, jeho projevy, strategie a taktiku a používané zbraně při teroristických útocích a důvody ochrany objektů okresních soudů jako součást kritické infrastruktury.
Ve druhé části zjištuji opatření přijatá pro ochranu a obranu objektů okresních soudů proti konkrétním způsobům teroristických útoků, a na základě těchto zjištění hodnotím připravenost těchto objektů na možný atak.
V závěru nabízím možná řešení pro zlepšení ochrany a obrany těchto objektů. | cze |

Critical infrastructure is a new concept in protection of the state, people’s lives, health and property. This policy is being developed at EU level as well as in the Czech Republic.
One of the most significant threats for critical infrastructure is terrorism.
In the first part I describe the history of terrorism, its manifestations, strategy and tactics and also the weapons used in terrorist attacks. I give the reasons for protection of district court-houses as part of critical infrastructure.
In the next part I examine measures taken to protect and guard the buildings of district court-houses against particular terrorist attacks. Based on these findings I then evaluate the readiness of these buildings in case of possible attacks.
I conclude by offering possible solutions to improve security and protection of these buildings. | eng |
