| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části práce je stručně popsána historie Nemocnice Písek
a ošetřovatelství jako samostatný obor. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány akreditaci, národním akreditačním standardům, akreditačnímu šetření, výsledkům akreditačního šetření a současnému stavu akreditovaných zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice.
Výzkum byl prováděn kvantitativní metodou. Ke sběru dat byly použity dva anonymní dotazníky zaměřené na respondenty cílových skupin. První dotazník byl určen vedoucím pracovníkům jednotlivých oddělení Nemocnice Písek a druhý byl pro klienty hospitalizované na standardních lůžkových odděleních.
Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda klienti i sestry vnímají akreditaci Nemocnice Písek pozitivně, zda sestry považují akreditaci za přínosnou pro zdravotnické zařízení a zjistit kritéria, podle kterých si klienti volí zdravotnické zařízení.V bakalářská práci pak byly ověřovány čtyři hypotézy. Hypotéza číslo jedna, "Klienti vnímají akreditaci Nemocnice Písek pozitivně", byla potvrzena. Hypotéza číslo dvě, "Sestry vnímají akreditaci Nemocnice Písek pozitivně", byla též potvrzena. Hypotéza číslo tři, "Sestry vnímají akreditaci nemocnice jako přínosnou pro nemocnici", byla potvrzena, ale hypotéza číslo čtyři, "Hlavním kritériem pro volbu zdravotnického zařízení je akreditace", se nepotvrdila, neboť nikdo z klientů si nevolí zdravotnické zařízení na základě toho, že toto zdravotnické zařízení je akreditované. Většina klientů by si přesto pro příští hospitalizaci raději zvolila akreditované zdravotnické zařízení.
Prostřednictvím této práce by bylo možné poukázat na význam akreditace pro klienty i pracovníky zdravotnických zařízení. Dle mého názoru je tato práce přínosem pro Nemocnici Písek, neboť ukazuje, zda jsou klienti informováni o akreditaci této nemocnice a zda vědí, co jim tato akreditace může přinést pozitivního a co vše díky ní mají ve zdravotnickém zařízení zajištěno. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part of the work describes briefly the history of the Hospital of Písek and of nursing as an independent discipline. Further chapters are dedicated to accreditation, national accreditation standards, accreditation investigation, results of accreditation investigation and current status of accredited health care facilities in the Czech Republic.
The research was executed with quantitative method. Two anonymous questionnaires focused on the target group respondents were used for data collection. The first questionnaire was intended for managers of individual departments of the Hospital of Písek and the other was for clients hospitalized in standard wards.
The goal of the work was to ascertain whether the clients and the nurses perceive the accreditation of the Hospital of Písek positively, whether the nurses consider the accreditation beneficial for the health care facility and to find out the criteria according to which the clients select the health care institution. The bachelor work verified four hypotheses. Hypothesis number one, "The clients perceive the accreditation of the Hospital of Písek positively" was confirmed. Hypothesis number two, "The nurses perceive the accreditation of the Hospital of Písek positively" was confirmed too. Hypothesis number three, "The nurses perceive the accreditation of the hospital as beneficial for the hospital" was confirmed but hypothesis number four, "The main criterion for selection of health care facility is accreditation" was not confirmed because none of the clients selects the health care facility on the base of that facility being accredited. Nevertheless, most clients would prefer selecting an accredited health care facility for their next hospitalization.
Through this work, it would be possible to point out the significance of accreditation both for clients and for workers of health care facilities. In my opinion, this work is beneficial for the Hospital of Písek because it shows whether the clients are informed about the accreditation of this hospital and whether they know how the accreditation can benefit them and what do they have guaranteed in the health care facility thanks to it. | eng |
