| dc.description.abstract | Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku "ucelené" rehabilitace u extrapyramidových onemocnění. Pro široké spektrum extrapyramidových chorob a syndromů jsem se v této práci zaměřila hlavně na klienty s Parkinsonovou nemocí.
V teoretické části nejprve definuji pojem extrapyramidová onemocnění, dále popisuji problematiku Parkinsonovy nemoci z hlediska zdravotně sociálního. Poslední kapitolu teoretické části věnuji "ucelené" rehabilitaci a návaznosti jejích jednotlivých složek. Zmiňuji se zde také o Mezinárodní klasifikaci funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví.
V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na zjišťování rozsahu, prostředků a výsledného efektu "ucelené" rehabilitace z pohledu klientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Bylo proto vhodné použít kvalitativního výzkumu. Pro výzkum jsem použila metodu dotazování, techniku polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. Dále sekundární analýzu dat a případové studie - kazuistiky. Klienti byli pro tento výzkum vybráni z řad nemocných Parkinsonovou nemocí, kteří jsou registrováni v Centru extrapyramidových poruch Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze.
Za cíl práce jsem zvolila odpovědět na následující otázky: 1. Zda klienti někdy absolvovali některou ze složek "ucelené" rehabilitace popsaných v teoretické části této práce. 2. Jak byli spokojeni s provedením rehabilitace. 3. Zda jim schází některá z uvedených složek rehabilitace.
V diskusi uvádím srovnání odpovědí klientů na výše uvedené dotazy. Z kazuistik vyplývá, že klienti absolvovali nejvíce léčebnou složku rehabilitace. Ve většině případů byli s provedením spokojeni. V rámci sociální rehabilitace však někteří pociťovali nedostatek informací ohledně sociální pomoci.
Práce by mohla posloužit zájemcům o danou problematiku, zejména pro získání přehledu o návaznosti jednotlivých složek "ucelené" rehabilitace u Parkinsonovy nemoci. Dále pak nemocným a jejich rodinám a v neposlední řadě i pracovníkům v pomáhajících profesích pro studijní účely. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | In my bachelor thesis I focus on the issues of the "integrated" rehabilitation in extrapyramidal disease. Due to large spectrum of extrapyramidal diseases and syndromes I mostly focused in my work on the clients afflicted with the Parkinson’s disease.
In the theoretical part I first define the notion of extrapyramidal diseases, further I am describing the issues connected with the Parkinson’s disease from the health and social point of view. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the "integrated rehabilitation’q and the sequence of its individual components. I also mentioned the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health.
In the practical part I focused on ascertaining of the scope, means and the resulting effect of the "integrated" rehabilitation from the perspective of the clients afflicted with Parkinson’s disease. Therefore, it was suitable to use qualitative research. I used the method of questioning and the technique of semi-standardized interview. Further to that the secondary data analysis as well as case studies - casuistry were used. The clients for this research were chosen among the patients with the Parkinson’s disease, who are registered with the Center of extrapyramidal disorders of the General Teaching Hospital in Prague.
The aim of my work was to answer the following questions: 1. Whether the clients ever underwent some of the components of the ''integrated’q rehabilitation described in the theoretical part of this thesis. 2. How were they satisfied with the performance of the rehabilitation. 3. Whether they missed some of the said rehabilitation components. The client’s answers to the above questions are stated in the explanation. The case studies show that the patients underwent mostly the treatment component of rehabilitation. In the majority of cases, they were satisfied with the way it was performed. Some of them, however, experienced lack of information on the social assistance within the framework of social rehabilitation.
The work could help to those people, who are interested in the issues in question, especially in order to get an overview of the sequence of individual components of the "integrated" rehabilitation in the Parkinson’s disease. It could be further instrumental to the patients and their families and last but not least for study purposes of workers in helping professions. | eng |

Otázka od oponenta: Název hovoří o extrapyramidových poruchách a soustřeďuje se pochopitelně na parkinsoniky, poněvadž je nejpočetnější, na str. 10-11 chybí athetosa? Na str. 14 - příznaky bolesti ramen a zad-citace z literatury. Nejde o běžné vertebrogenní obtíže u osob, které mají určitým způsobem nepřirozenou hybnost? Vhodný je výraz logoterapie jak ho autorka používá, ale v dalších textech pak používá logopedie.
