| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je Typologie služeb zabývající se péčí o rodiny a jejich význam. Dostupnost služeb pro rodiny s dětmi je v současné době aktuálním tématem, které se dotýká celého sociálního systému počínaje zákonodárci konče klientskými rodinami, které navštěvují neziskové organizace. Právě nestátní neziskové organizace zajišťují ve velké míře dostupné služby, které se rodinnou problematikou zabývají.
Bakalářská práce se teoreticky a prakticky zabývá aspekty, které se týkají služeb pro rodiny s dětmi. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat služby pro rodiny s dětmi v Plzni a Českých Budějovicích a ve vybraných městech porovnat nabídku a poptávku po těchto službách. Pro naplnění cílů byly zvoleny kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Prostřednictvím dotazníku byly pro spolupráci získány údaje o plzeňských a českobudějovických organizacích poskytující služby pro rodiny s dětmi. Základní soubor pro kvalitativní výzkum tvořili vedoucí pracovníci plzeňských a českobudějovických organizací, případně jejich zástupci. S oběma cílovými skupinami byl veden polostandardizovaný rozhovor.
Před počátkem výzkumu jsem si stanovila tyto výzkumné otázky: Odpovídá v současné době nabídka služeb pro rodiny s dětmi v Plzni poptávce po těchto službách? Odpovídá v současné době nabídka služeb pro rodiny s dětmi v Českých Budějovicích poptávce po těchto službách? Je v Plzni nabídka služeb pro rodiny s dětmi větší než v Českých Budějovicích? Jaké druhy služeb pro rodiny s dětmi v Plzni chybí? Jaké druhy služeb pro rodiny s dětmi chybí v Českých Budějovicích?
Výzkum prokázal, že v Plzni funguje více organizací, které poskytují služby pro rodiny s dětmi než v Českých Budějovicích, přesto poptávka převyšuje nabídku. Otázka nabídky a poptávky po službách pro rodiny s dětmi je v Českých Budějovicích dostačující, avšak zástupci všech organizací vyjádřili obavu do budoucnosti v souvislosti s neustále přibývajícím počtem klientských rodin oproti rokům minulým. Výsledky práce obsahují typologii služeb, které v obou městech chybí a mohou tak přispět ke vzniku nových organizací, které by chybějící služby pokryly a zajistily by komplexnost služeb pro rodiny s dětmi v Plzni a Českých Budějovicích. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | A topic of the bachelor thesis is "Typology of services dealing with a care for families and their significance". The care for families with children is currently a hot topic that affects the entire social system, from lawmakers to client families which attend NGOs. Just NGOs provide a large amount of the services dealing with the family issues.
The bachelor thesis theoretically and practically deals with aspects concerning services for families with children. A goal of the thesis was to map the services for families with children in Plzeň and České Budějovice and to compare an offer and demand for these services in chosen towns. Quantitative and qualitative research strategies were chosen to meet objectives. Through a questionnaire there were obtained data about organizations providing services for the families with children in organizations towns of České Budějovice and Plzeň for the cooperation. The basic sample for the qualitative research consisted of managers from organizations in České Budějovice and Plzeň or their representatives. A semi-standardized interview was conducted with both target groups.
Before the beginning of the research I set following research questions: Does the current range of offered services for the families with children in Plzeň correspond to the demand for them? Does the current offer of services for the families with children in České Budějovice correspond to the demand for those services? Is the offer of services for the families with children in Plzeň greater than in České Budějovice? What kind of services for the families with children are missing in Plzeň? What kind of services for the families with children are missing in České Budějovice?
The research showed that there are more organizations providing services for the families with children in Plzeň than in České Budějovice, but the demand is greater than offer yet. The question of the offer and demand for the services for the families with children is currently in both towns sufficient, but representatives from all organizations expressed their concern for the future in connection with a constantly increasing number of the client families compared to previous years. Results of the thesis include a typology of the services which are missing in the towns and so they can contribute to an origination of new organizations able to cover and ensure a complexity of the services for the families with children in Plzeň and České Budějovice. | eng |

Typologie služeb zabývající se péčí o rodiny a jejich význam
Obhajoba:
Bakalářská práce s skládá z teoretické a praktické části, které jsou proporcielně vyvážené. Studentky se orientovala v problematice služeb pro rodiny s dětmi. V práci dokázala navrhnout možné řešení. Práce vykazuje nedostatky týkající se závěrů v souvislosti se sanací rodiny. Odpověděla na otázky vedoucí i oponenta práce.
