| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce byla zpracována na téma "Možnosti transportu dětí zdravotnickou záchrannou službou."
Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem provádějí bezpečné zajištění dětských pacientů před transportem sanitním vozidlem zdravotnické záchranné služby v Moravskoslezském a Jihočeském kraji.
V teoretické části se zaměřuji na historii sanitních vozidel a počátky vzniku zdravotnických záchranných středisek u nás, dále faktory ovlivňující transport dítěte, dodržování bezpečnosti práce, zabezpečení převáženého dětského pacienta, zaměření na důsledky autonehod a mezinárodní postupy a standardy zdravotnického transportu.
Bakalářská práce byla zpracována kvantitativním způsobem za využití dotazníků. Výzkumný soubor tvořili pracovníci výjezdových skupin Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihočeského a Moravskoslezského kraje. K výzkumu jsem stanovila dvě hypotézy. Hypotéza první zněla, že personál ZZS Jihočeského kraje i ZZS Moravskoslezského kraje nezná zásady bezpečného transportu dětí do zdravotnického zařízení a ta se nepotvrdila. Druhá hypotéza, že personál ZZS Jihočeského kraje i ZZS Moravskoslezského kraje nepoužívá zásady bezpečného transportu dětí do zdravotnického zařízení, se též nepotvrdila. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že respondenti z obou krajů preferují transport dítěte s použitím zádržného systému. Pracovníci záchranných služeb v obou krajích prokázali, že bezpečnost dětí, které jsou naše budoucnost jim není lhostejná. Příjemným výsledkem této práce tedy je, že se na pracovníky záchranných služeb v Moravskoslezském a Jihočeském kraji můžeme kdykoli spolehnout a vlastní dítě jim svěřit, protože jim bezpečnost dětí při transportu není cizí. Tato bakalářská práce by měla sloužit jako impuls pro optimalizovaný postup při zajištění dětských pacientů před převozem do zdravotnického zařízení včetně školení pro pracovníky výjezdových skupin ZZS a dále jako podklad pro potřebu deficitních pomůcek pro bezpečný transport dětí ZZS. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the bachelor thesis is ''Possibilities of transport of children by ambulance service.’q The main objective of the thesis was to determine how the Emergency Medical Service personnel in the Moravian-Silesian and South Bohemian regions ensure safe transport of children patients in ambulances. In the theoretical part I focused on the history of ambulances and beginnings of medical emergency services in this country and also on factors affecting transport of children, observation of labor safety regulations, safe transport of children patients, consequences of car accidents and international procedures and standards for transport in health services.
The first hypothesis stated that the personnel of EMS in the South Bohemian and Moravian-Silesian regions are not familiar with principles of safe transport of children to medical facilities and it has not been confirmed. The second hypothesis stated that the personnel of EMS of the South Bohemian and Moravian-Silesian regions do not apply the principles of safe transport of children to medical facilities and it has not been confirmed either. The questionnaire research has confirmed that respondents from both the regions prefer transport of children with the use of a restraint system. The research has also exposed some shortcomings in the safety training for the use of aids which ensure safe transport of children and in some cases also insufficient availability of such aids. Workers of the Emergency Medical Service in both the regions have demonstrated that they are concerned about safety of the transported children, as children are the future or the society. They are able to think about these issues and they are familiar with the principles of safe transport of children into destination medical facilities. This thesis has produced a favorable result to the effect that we can rely on workers of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) in the Moravian-Silesian and South Bohemian regions at any time and entrust to them our children as they are well-prepared to transport them safely.
This bachelor thesis should serve as an impulse to develop an optimized procedure for the personnel of response teams of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) in the Moravian-Silesian and South Bohemian regions in order to protect children patients during transport into medical facilities and also as an input material to ensure the so-far insufficient aids necessary for safe transport of children by the Emergency Medical Service. | eng |
