| dc.description.abstract | Ošetřovatelská dokumentace se stává v současnosti důležitou složkou zdravotnické dokumentace. Je nedílnou součástí ošetřovatelského procesu i v domovech pro seniory.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce ''Vytvoření ošetřovatelské dokumentace a její využití v Domově pro seniory Chýnov'' obsahuje kapitoly týkající se ošetřovatelského procesu a ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Dále se v této části zabýváme charakteristikou Domova pro seniory Chýnov a specifickými problémy a potřebami geriatrických klientů, především klientů s Alzheimerovou demencí.
Cílem mé práce je vytvořit ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci v Domově pro seniory Chýnov, aplikovat ji v tomto zařízení a v neposlední řadě zjistit, zda použití této dokumentace má vliv na holistický přístup sester ke klientovi. Ve výzkumné části práce byla v první fázi vytvořena nová dokumentace a aplikována v Domově pro seniory Chýnov. Respondenti měli možnost s dokumentací pracovat v měsíci lednu a únoru roku 2010. V druhé fázi jsme se snažili zmapovat názory respondentů na vytvořenou dokumentaci. Před začátkem výzkumu byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky. Výzkumná otázka 1: Přijmou sestry, pracující v Domově pro seniory Chýnov nově vytvořenou dokumentaci jako součást zdravotnické dokumentace? Výzkumná otázka 2: Nebudou se sestry pracující v Domově pro seniory Chýnov odvolávat na časovou náročnost při práci s vytvořenou dokumentací? Výzkumná otázka 3: Ovlivnila vytvořená dokumentace komunikaci mezi ošetřujícím personálem? Výzkumná otázka 4: Přispěje nově vytvořená dokumentace ke změně pohledu sester na pacienty v duchu holistické filosofie? Pro naplnění uvedených cílů byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum metodou dotazování s využitím polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 7 respondentů (všeobecných sester) pracujících v tomto zařízení.Na základě výsledků výzkumu se domníváme, že cíle práce byly splněny. Výzkum ukázal, že nově vytvořená dokumentace přispěla ke zlepšení komunikace mezi členy ošetřovatelského týmu a sestry ji přijali jako součást zdravotnické dokumentace. Smyslem práce bylo vytvoření kvalitní ošetřovatelské dokumentace, která by byla jednoduchá, časově nenáročná a zároveň byla zaměřena na specifické potřeby klientů Domova pro seniory Chýnov. | dc.description.abstract-translated | Nursing documentation is becoming an important part of the medical documentation and it is an integral part of the nursing process in the homes for seniors too.
The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis ''Formation of Nursing Documentation and its Usage in the Home for Seniors Chýnov“ contains chapters concerning the nursing process and nursing documentation. Further this part deals with the characteristics of the Home for Seniors Chýnov and with the specific problems and needs of geriatric clients in particular the clients suffering from Alzheimer dementia.
The target of the work is to make nursing documentation in the Home for Seniors Chýnov, to apply it in this establishment and to find out whether the availability of this documentation influences the holistic attitude of nurses to the client. The first stage of the research part involved formation of the new documentation and its application in the Home for Seniors. The respondents had an opportunity to work with the documentation in the months of January and February 2010. In the second part we tried to survey opinions of the respondents of the made documentation. Four research questions were preceding the research. Research question number 1: Shall the nurses working in the Home for Seniors Chýnov accept the newly made documentation as a part of the medical documentation? Research question number 2: Shall the nurses working in the Home for Seniors Chýnov refer to time consuming work with the documentation? Research question number 3: Has the new documentation influenced communication among the members of the nursing staff? Research question number 4: Shall the newly made documentation contribute to the change of the nurses´ opinion of the patients from the holistic philosophy point of view? To fulfil the set aims there was carried out the qualitative research using the method of questioning and semi-standardized interview. The research set consisted of 7 respondents (general nurses) working in this establishment.
Considering the research results we suppose that the work target has been fulfilled. The research has proved that the newly made documentation has improved communication among the members of the nursing team and the nurses have accepted it as a part of the medical documentation. The aim of the work was making a quality nursing documentation which should be simple, not time consuming and which should be focused on specific needs of the clients of the Home for Seniors Chýnov.
