| dc.description.abstract | Výskyt poranění mozku, jejich komplikace a následky jsou medicínsky velice závažná témata. Sestry, jež se v praxi setkávají s těmito poraněními, zde mají své nezastupitelné místo. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda mají sestry dostatečné znalosti o specifikách péče o pacienty s poraněním mozku a zda jsou sestry schopny včas rozpoznat možné komplikace. Potřebné údaje pro vyhodnocení kvantitativního šetření byly získány sběrem dat formou dotazníků na odděleních traumatologie, neurochirurgie a anesteziologicko resuscitačním oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice a. s. Na základě výsledků bylo zjištěno, že sestry stále nemají dostatečné znalosti o zvláštnostech ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s poraněním mozku. První hypotéza se nepotvrdila. Další zkoumanou oblastí byly znalosti o příznacích poranění mozku. Zde se respondenti dobře orientovali a odpovídali na většinu otázek shodně a správně. Proto druhou hypotézu lze považovat za potvrzenou. Co se týká problematiky, zda sestry umí včas rozpoznat komplikace při poranění mozku, zde se vyskytly velké rozdíly v odpovědích respondentů z jednotlivých oddělení. Celkově lze ale říci, že znalosti sester o komplikacích u pacientů s poraněním mozku jsou dostatečné a hypotéza se potvrdila. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The incidence of brain injuries, their complications and consequences are very serious medical issues. Nurses who meet these injuries in everyday practice are irreplaceable here.The objective of this study was to determine whether nurses have sufficient knowledge of the specifics of care for patients with brain injuries and whether nurses are able to detect possible complications in time. Information necessary to assess the quantitative survey were obtained by collecting data through questionnaires in the departments of Traumatology, Neurosurgery and Anaesthesiology resuscitation at Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. (České Budějovice Hospital). Based on the results, it was found out that nurses still do not have sufficient knowledge on the specifics of nursing care for patients with brain injuries. The first hypothesis was not confirmed. Another area examined was the knowledge of the symptoms of brain injury. Here, the respondents were well informed and answered most of the questions correctly and consistently. Therefore, the second hypothesis can be considered to be confirmed. Regarding the issue of whether nurses can detect complications of brain injury in time, there were some great differences in the responses of respondents from each individual department. Generally, it can be said that the knowledge of nurses about the complications of patients with brain injuries are sufficient and the hypothesis was confirmed. | eng |

Studentka: na ARO nastupuje pracovat řada sester - absolventek, které by měly mít znalosti ze školy, ale řadu informací získají až v průběhu praxe
Dr. Vlasáková - výsledky práce jsou zarážející, znalosti sester bohužel nízké
