| dc.description.abstract | Nastínila jsem problematiku misí a zaměřila jsem se na životní situace vojáků, vracejících se z misí, po stránce zdravotní a sociální. V úvodu je vymezen cíl práce. V teoretické části popisuji základní pojmy s nahlédnutím na problematiku misí a adaptaci vojáků z povolání po návratu zpět do vlasti. V závěrečné části je vysvětlena metodika a je popsán průběh kvantitativního výzkumu. Následuje prezentace výsledků a jejich interpretace. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | I sought to outline the issue of the missions and I focused on life situations of soldiers returning home from the missions, both in terms of health and social aspects. The introduction outlines the objective of thesis. In the theoretical part I have described the basic terms, with an overview of the issue of missions and adaptation of professional soldiers after returning to the home country.
