| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou německého výchovně terapeutického zařízení Frostenwalde jako alternativou vyšetřovací vazby pro mladistvé. Výchovně terapeutické zařízení Frostenwalde, které spadá pod úspěšnou německou organizaci Evangelisches Jugend- und Fürsorgewerk (Evangelická péče o mládež a potřebné), funguje pod projektem Menschen statt Mauern/ Lidé místo zdí.
První část práce věnuje pozornost této problematice z teoretického hlediska. Nastiňuje vysvětlení projektu Menschen statt Mauern, zaměřuje se na rozbor legislativního podkladu pro možné zřízení obdobného zařízení v České republice a popisuje strukturu a činnosti tohoto zařízení.
Ke zpracování druhé části práce byla zvolena kombinace kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat jsem jako první techniku použila polostandardizovaný rozhovor, který byl tvořen otevřenými otázkami. Kladeny byly i otázky doplňující a upřesňující. Respondenty představovali vybraní zaměstnanci zařízení Frostenwalde. Druhou techniku tvořila obsahová analýza číselných údajů. Analyzována byla statistická data o chodu zařízení.
Cílem mé práce bylo provést evaluaci činnosti německého výchovně terapeutického zařízení Frostenwalde a to prostřednictvím stanovených výzkumných otázek. Úkolem výzkumných otázek bylo zjistit, jaká je účinnost Frostenwalde a čím jsou zaměstnanci Frostenwalde motivováni pro výkon své činnosti.
Na základě výsledků získaných vlastním výzkumem jsem došla k závěru, že zařízení Frostenwalde je účinnější a pro celkový vývoj mladistvého přijatelnější alternativou vyšetřovací vazby. Z výzkumu rovněž vyplynulo, že předpokladem pro fungování zařízení tohoto typu je perfektně sehraný, respektující a z odborníků ve své profesi složený tým. Za důležitý faktor je považována motivace všech pracovníků.
Podle mého názoru by připojení se České republiky k projektu Menschen statt Mauern a vybudování obdobného zařízení přineslo možnost nové šance pro beztrestný život mladým lidem páchajícím provinění.
Tato práce může sloužit například jako zdroj souhrnných informací o zařízení Frostenwalde pro potenciální zaměstnance obdobných zařízení i širokou veřejnost. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the issues of the German educational and therapeutic facility Frostenwalde as an alternative to detention for juveniles. The educational and therapeutic facility Frostenwalde, which falls under successful German organization Evangelisches Jugend-und Fürsorgewerk (the Evangelical Care for Youth and Needy), works under the project Menschen statt Mauern/People instead the walls.
The first part deals with this issue from a theoretical point of view. It outlines an explanation of the Menschen statt Mauern project; it focuses on the analysis of the legislative basis for the possible establishment of similar facility in the Czech Republic and it describes the structure and activities of this facility.
The combination of qualitative and quantitative research was chosen to handle the second part. The first technique of data collection was a semi-structured interview that contained open-ended questions. Additional questions and more specific questions were also asked. The respondent group consisted of selected employees of the Frostenwalde facility. The second technique was a content analysis of numerical data. Statistical data on the facility operation was analyzed.
The objective of the thesis was to evaluate the activities of the German educational and therapeutic facility Frostenwalde through a set of research questions. The aim of the research questions was to find out about the effectiveness of Frostenwalde and about the motivation of Frostenwalde employees for their activities.
Based on the results obtained through the research, I concluded that the Frostenwalde facility is more effective and more acceptable alternative to detention for the overall development of juveniles. The research also showed that a prerequisite for the functioning of this type of facility is a perfectly coordinated, respectful team composed of experts in their profession. The motivation of all the employees is considered to be an important factor.
In my opinion, the Czech Republic joining the Menschen statt Mauern project and building a similar facility would benefit in new opportunities for life without punishment of young people committing offences.
