| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce poskytuje mnoho informací o celkové anestezii, odhaluje různé aspekty ošetřovatelské péče včetně nejčastějších ošetřovatelských diagnóz, ukazuje nejčastější potíže pacientů po CA a rozsah vědomostí sester o komplikacích, které se vyskytují v zotavovacím období po celkové anestezii. Právě základní vědomosti sester o komplikacích po CA pomáhají ke správnému stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz, cílů a intervencí v ošetřovatelském procesu o pacienta po CA. Výsledky výzkumné práce jsou použity při zpracování ošetřovatelského standardu péče o pacienta po CA. Tento standard může posloužit sestrám jako stručná a přehledná pomůcka při ošetřovatelské péči a zajistit tak komfort a bezpečnost pacienta v podobě poskytování kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče po celkové anestezii. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Bachelor Thesis provides a lot of information on the general anaesthesia, presents different aspects of the nursing care including the most frequent diagnoses, mentions the most common complications which patients after the general anaesthesia suffer from, and the extent of knowledge the nurses have on complications which occur during the recovery after the general anaesthesia. It is mainly the basic knowledge of nurses concerning the complications after GA which helps to make proper nursing diagnosis, set the aims and decide on interventions in the process of nursing care for the patient after GA. Results of the research work are useful for making the nursing care standard concerning the patient after GA.
