| dc.description.abstract | Cévní mozková příhoda v současné době není onemocněním, které postihuje pouze starší lidi, ale čím dál tím častěji postihuje lidi v produktivním věku. Následky onemocnění jsou různorodé a liší se u nemocných jak v jejím rozsahu tak závažnosti. Proto toto onememocnění zásadně ovlivní dosavadní způsob života nemocného i jeho rodiny. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena hlabně na samostatné onemocnění.Čtenářům je zde přiblížena daná problematika tohoto onemocnění. je zde popsaná dělení mozkových příhod, rizikové faktory, diagnostika a léčba. Dále zásady ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné po cévní mozkové příhodě, podpora soběstačnosti, a také rehabilitace a její cíle. Druhá část tvoří výzkum. Je zde použita metoda dotazování technikou dotazníků. Dotazníky jsou zde použity dva pro respondenty pracující na lůžkovém oddělení zdravotnických zařízení a pro respondenty pracující v domácí péči. Tato část je zaměřena na získání informací a rozdílů o poskytování podpory soběstatečnosti v oblasti hygieny u hemiplegického pacienta po CMP a spolupráci s fyzioterapeutem, jak na lůžkovém oddělení tak i v domácí péči. dané výsledky by měli přispět ke zlepšení ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s CMP. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Nowadays, cerebral apoplexy is no longer a disease that only attacks elderly people, but increasingly, persons at a productive age. The consequences of this didease are diverse and vary according to the affected person, both in extent and severity. This is why this disease fundamentally changes the way of life of both the diseased and their families.The teoretical part of my bachelor thesis is focussed on the disease itself. The reader of this thesis will learn more about the nature and the substance of this disease. This thesis describes the types of cerebral apoplexy, the risk factors, the diagnosis and the methods of treatment. If further describes the princilpes of methods for nursing people suffering cerebral apoplexy,emphasising their self-suffuciency, rehabilitation a rehabilitation targets.The socond part of my bachelor thesis was research work. The applied method was based on a survey in which two types of questionnaries were deployed, one for respondents working in inpatient wards in medical facilities and one for respomdents working as home carers. This part focussed on acquiring information and discovering differences in providing support to hemiplegic patients after cerebral apoplexy to help them to becouse self-suffucient in personal hygiene and to collaborate wiht a physiotherapist, both in an inpatient ward and during home care. The result should contribute to better nursing care provided to patients after cerebral apoplexy. | eng |
