| dc.description.abstract | V teoretické části bakalářské práce se především zabývám objasněním pojmu ,,stalking? jako nebezpečného pronásledování oběti pachatelem. Tato část bude sloužit čtenářům k bližšímu odbornému vysvětlení a přiblížení dané problematiky. Budu se zabývat metodami stalkingu, formami a způsoby jeho páchání, kdo jsou pachatelé a kdo se stává obětí. Dále se budu věnovat stalkingu z hlediska jeho dopadu na oběť, jeho společenské nebezpečnosti jako sociálně patologickému jevu a možných zdravotních, sociálních a psychických dopadů na oběť.
Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, kde byla použita metoda dotazování technikou dotazníků podaných respondentům v cílových skupinách lidí, viz cílový soubor. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění informovanosti a povědomí o stalkingu u vybraného vzorku respondentů v Jindřichově Hradci, četnost výskytu ve vybraném regionu, formy a způsoby jeho páchání a možných preventivních opatření proti němu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part of the bachelor?s thesis deals mainly with clarifying the term of ?stalking? as a dangerous harassment of a victim by offenders. This part will provide the reader with a detailed professional explanation and other background to the given issue. The thesis copes with the methods of stalking; forms and ways stalkers use; it tells who is the perpetrator and who is the victim. Also, it observes stalking from the perspective of its impact on the victim. Being a danger to society, it is described as a socio-pathological phenomenon with possible health, social, and mental impacts on the victim.
The practical part of the bachelor?s thesis comprises of a quantitative research, which used the method of questionnaire and that was distributed to selected respondents in target groups of people, see target group. The practical part focused on finding out the level of awareness of stalking among selected respondents in Jindřichův Hradec, occurrence of this phenomenon in the given region, forms and ways stalkers use, and possible preventive measures against stalking. | eng |
